最近、日印の関係者の間では、国際政治･安全保障分野で｢India and the "Indo-Pacific"｣をめぐる論議が活発化しています。
そこで、ネルー大学東アジアセンターのスワラン･シン教授(1-3月に広大が招聘)が上京される機会に、インド側の見方について、下記の通りお話を伺いますので、ご案内致します。
冒頭の30分程度でSingh先生にお話いただき、その後1時間程度で意見交換を予定しています。

Research and publications experience for 20 years on issues of Arms Control and Disarmament, War and Peace, Defence, Security and Nuclear issues, on China’s foreign and security policies, especially on India-China and India-Pakistan Confidence Building Measures; more recently evolved special interest in teaching and research on issues of Peace studies and Conflict Resolution studies.
Published 3 books; 7 monographs; contributed 45 Chapters in books; 75 research articles in academic journals and 130 in other periodicals; 170 articles in newspapers and websites; and delivered over 200 lectures and conference papers, both home and abroad.
