Please convey your participation, specifying which date you would be attending to the following email address by 1700 on 1st October: vcc.tokyo@mea.gov.in (Please email, dates, name of event, full names of all participants and registration is complete. Please note that no return emails are sent out, except in the case that reservation is unsuccessful.) Kindly note that reservations cannot be made by telephone.
